Assessing
The primary purpose of the Assessing Department is to estimate the fair market value, or “true cash value,” of all real and personal property located within the Township of Grand Blanc.

The Building Division is part of the Township’s Department of Public Services. The Building Division is responsible for protecting the public health, safety, and welfare as it pertains to buildings and their environments
