Assessing

In accordance with The General Property Tax Act, Act 206 of 1893, MCL 211.10g(c) which states: “…The Office of the Assessor is to be reasonably accessible to taxpayers”. The Grand Blanc Township’s Assessors office is available for inquiries during normal established business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. 

A response time of 24 hours is generally expected, on occasion, response time may vary. Anyone needing assistance, may arrange a meeting with the Director of Assessing for purposes of reviewing public property information, requests for inspections, or production of records maintained by the office of the assessor. Any request(s) can be made through the contact information listed in the staff directory. The public may also contact the assessing department during normal business hours to inquire about assessments and/or request an inspection/review of data at the contact information listed in the staff directory.
